The managed service of the school's website has been an invaluable support. Our requests for additions/amendments to the various website sections have been dealt with very promptly and efficiently and has eased the administrative burden for the school.

Christina Byrnes - Bursar - Sullivan Upper School, Hollywood

I have found the service top class. The guys can't do enough to support you. From arriving to our school to discuss ideas and explaining how to develop the website using easy to understand terminology. They maintain excellent links with schools and are always quick to respond to emails regarding any issues. All updates are completed very promptly. Overall I have been delighted with the service provided and couldn't recommend them enough.

Graeme Doherty - Head of ICT - St Joseph's High School, Derry

St Pius X College has worked with Wholeschool for a number of years now and has always found the company to be very professional and innovative in their designs. Recently, we requested that our website be redesigned and a completely new college website relaunched that would be informative, attractive and reflect our college ethos.

We found the service from Wholeschool, throughout the entire process, to be prompt, helpful and responsive. The staff were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. All ideas and changes were implemented quickly and easily.

We are delighted with our new website and have received very positive feedback from all partners within our school community.

We happily continue our partnership with Wholeschool, as they also provide a highly professional ongoing managed service, ensuring updates and additions to the site are completed regularly and extremely quickly.

We would happily recommend Wholeschool to any organisation considering setting up a website.

Edwina Toner - Vice-Principal - St Pius X College, Magherafelt

Overall I have had a positive experience working with the Managed Website Service team. I have received good advice regarding different layout options that could be used to display graphics, text and images. Any information I have requested to be uploaded has been completed in a timely fashion. If it is decided that an alternative graphic or layout would be more effective, any and all changings have been made by the Managed Website Service with helpful recommendations when required. The Managed Website Service team have been patient and willing to explain any parts of the Website setup process were there have been gaps in my knowledge (e.g. getting a domain name etc.).

Tony Rogan - Website Manager - Ardmore House School, Downpatrick

The managed service website has been a huge help to me! Before I found it very difficult to keep on top of updates. Now, I just forward on any emails from staff to Craig, or they forward it themselves and he sorts the rest. I don't have to worry about logging into the website, finding the page to update, formatting the text, resizing photos etc. Craig is super-efficient and he always emails when it is done to see if we are happy with it. Even when I need to publish information immediately outside of business hours in unforeseen circumstances, such as snow days, Fintan has been more than accommodating!!

Louise Donnelly - Head of ICT, Omagh Academy

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how proud we are of our website here at Markethill High. Having looked at many other school websites in the run-up to our Open Night, we are absolutely convinced that our own website is probably one of the most professional and well-populated of any school website. The addition of our new Teacher Blog last week will consolidate this school's position as a leading school in the country.

We are currently in the top 15 non-selective schools in the country, and we believe we will move into the top 5 or 6 when the new league tables are published next month. It is important for us that our website is highly professional and that certain aspects, such as our Learning and Teaching Policy and our most recent Inspection Report, are the very first thing which visitors find.

Our website is visually very attractive, highly engaging and utterly professional.

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to you and the team at WholeSchool. Thank you and well done!

James Maxwell - Principal, Markethill High School

Engaging with stakeholders to listen to their thoughts and opinions is vital if we are to move forwards together. By utilising the services of Wholeschool, I have found this to be efficient and very informative process. What I also found very important was that by partnering with Wholeschool, we avoided spending the disproportionate amount of time previously necessary to sift through, collate and present the information gathered. Our energies can now rightly be put to use identifying our strengths and designing actions to bring about future improvements.

Deirdre Graffin - Principal - New Row PS, Castledawson

Having worked with the WholeSchool team for many years now on numerous school-based products, I have always found them to be the most dedicated, discerning and enthusiastic of professionals. Their understanding of the current educational setting in Northern Ireland means that they have been able to develop products which are totally fit-for-purpose and robust in order to facilitate and enhance school improvement initiatives. For example, the curriculum mapping tool is an excellent means for senior managers in schools to audit the school delivery of curricular requirements and to monitor progression. The self-evaluation tool provides a centralised platform for schools to develop a localised evaluation system which can collate the views of many stakeholders. I have always enjoyed the infectious passion of the WholeSchool team, and look forward to working with them on further projects in the pipeline for next year.

As a cost-effective system for managing the 'Booking' of any school resource, be it a mini-bus, a computer suite or a data-projector, Wholeschool's system gives us all the tracking and tracing functionality we need to keep control.

Jason Brown - ICT Technician Little Flower Girls' School, Belfast

St Louis Grammar School have worked with the wholeschool team for quite a few years. We have always found them incredibly accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable in every endeavour. The constant stream of emails never seems to bother them and the replies are always prompt and concise. Nothing is too much trouble! I could not recommend wholeschool highly enough. They have a sound knowledge of what is needed and expected from an educational point of view and are quick to advise when required.

Jane Scullion - Head of ICT - St Louis Grammar Ballymena

Wholeschool has made the process of self-evaluation so much more straight forward. A concise and very simple approach to School Development planning.

Peter Dobbin - Principal - Assumption Grammar School

I would highly recommend the team at Whole School to assist any school with school development planning. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the information we have gathered through using their questionnaires has enabled the school to move forward not only through parental engagement but also in shaping our plans to truly meet our pupils future needs.
