Engaging with stakeholders to listen to their thoughts and opinions is vital if we are to move forwards together. By utilising the services of Wholeschool, I have found this to be efficient and very informative process. What I also found very important was that by partnering with Wholeschool, we avoided spending the disproportionate amount of time previously necessary to sift through, collate and present the information gathered. Our energies can now rightly be put to use identifying our strengths and designing actions to bring about future improvements.
Having worked with the WholeSchool team for many years now on numerous school-based products, I have always found them to be the most dedicated, discerning and enthusiastic of professionals. Their understanding of the current educational setting in Northern Ireland means that they have been able to develop products which are totally fit-for-purpose and robust in order to facilitate and enhance school improvement initiatives. For example, the curriculum mapping tool is an excellent means for senior managers in schools to audit the school delivery of curricular requirements and to monitor progression. The self-evaluation tool provides a centralised platform for schools to develop a localised evaluation system which can collate the views of many stakeholders. I have always enjoyed the infectious passion of the WholeSchool team, and look forward to working with them on further projects in the pipeline for next year.
As a cost-effective system for managing the ‘Booking’ of any school resource, be it a mini-bus, a computer suite or a data-projector, Wholeschool’s system gives us all the tracking and tracing functionality we need to keep control.
St Louis Grammar School have worked with the wholeschool team for quite a few years.We have always found them incredibly accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable in every endeavour. The constant stream of emails never seems to bother them and the replies are always prompt and concise. Nothing is too much trouble! I could not recommend wholeschool highly enough.
